You post a pic of Dave that shows him molesting a child, because you were offended at how he smacked someone else.

Dave points out that people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw rocks, and reminds you that your employer's IP is showing.

You then dare him to do something about it, and very nearly beg him to call your employer. Probably a bluff on your part, but...

Assuming your e-mail isn't a complete fabrication (what proof do we have?), and Dave DID drop a dime, I'd say you brought it on yourself.

Stealing bandwidth from your employer is theft - I would fire an employee that did that instantly. Bragging on a bulletin board about stealing your boss's bandwidth is stupid. Posting child molester pics of someone on your boss' web site and daring them to call your boss about it is fucking lame.
